Lina is a French concept-driven Art Director with an eye for innovation and pixel perfection.

After graduating from the LISAA School of Design in Paris, she started her career in 2009 as an Assistant Art Director. She has a background in Graphic Design Packaging and Print Advertising and she is currently working in Digital Advertising. Her first digital ad experience was in a Parisian start-up, “Agence Et Si”, in 2010, as a Junior Art Director.

Then Lina started to work at Publicis Groupe in 2014, working primarily on the Nissan account. Two years later, she joined the Lost Boys Paris team working on brands such as Essilor, Hermès and Renault.

Then she worked for 2 years at Publicis.Sapient (former DigitasLbi, Razorfish, Nurun) in a creative team as a Senior Art Director for La Banque Postale, L’Oréal, Essilor and Winamax.

Today, Lina is currently working as a Freelancer for various brands and agencies.

Lina is passionate about exploring all that advertising spaces have to offer, from creating beautiful prints or ad films, to developing exciting social contents and activations. Her portfolio showcases a range of well-crafted campaigns for many brands. She has won multiple awards, including a Gold Lion at Cannes for “Brainfood”, a campaign for UNICEF.

Lina est Directrice Artistique actuellement spécialisée dans la création de campagnes publicitaires et de contenus digitaux. Elle met tout son coeur à créer des concepts visuellement pertinents et qui ont du sens dans le contexte de notre société actuelle.


Diplômée d’un master de l’Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués de Paris, elle débute sa carrière en 2009 en tant que Designer Graphique. Lina développe alors ses compétences en communication visuelle dans les domaines du Print, Branding, Packaging, Campagnes 360, Brand Content…


Sa première expérience dans le digital était dans une start-up parisienne, Agence Et Si, en 2010 en tant que Directrice Artistique Junior.

C’est ensuite en 2014 qu’elle commencera à travailler chez Publicis Groupe, en tant que Directrice Artistique en team créatif principalement sur le compte Nissan.

Deux ans plus tard, elle rejoint l’équipe de Lost Boys Paris (entité rattachée à Publicis Groupe) oeuvrant alors sur des marques telles qu’Essilor, Hermès et Renault.

Elle travaillera ensuite 2 ans à l’agence Publicis Sapient / Razorfish France au sein d’un binôme créatif en tant que Directrice Artistique Senior notamment pour La Banque Postale, L’Oréal, Essilor et Winamax.


Actuellement, Lina travaille en tant que freelance pour diverses marques et agences en France et à l’international. Elle se passionne à explorer tout ce que les espaces publicitaires ont à offrir : de la création Print et Editoriale aux Films Publicitaires, de la réalisation de Contenus en passant par le développement d’Expériences Digitales innovantes.

Lina met un point d’honneur à ce que chaque contenu ou réalisation soit visuellement impactant, tout en gardant le sens et le message au coeur du concept.


Elle a remporté de nombreux prix, notamment un Lion d’Or au Festival International de la Créativité à Cannes pour le concept de la campagne “Brainfood“ pour Unicef.

When you’re passionnate about doing something and you feel in the right place, it feels like you enter a tunnel of fun and it’s really hard to stop. I had the chance to work with 2 other passionate people, Longboard Dancing legend Lotfi Lamaali and drone pilot Fincky on this really fun film.

PewDiePie – My New Car II
A bold collaboration with a distinctive and popular storyteller to present key features of the new MICRA. A few months ago, we noticed that PewDiePie (the most popular Youtuber in the world with more than 50m subscribers) randomly used an old Nissan MICRA in one of his vlogs. The “MY NEW CAR” video had successfully reached 26 million views. So we seized this opportunity and proposed a partnership to PewDiePie to create a sequel of this first video. The result is an audacious, full of humour and authentic story presenting the new Nissan Micra in an offbeat way.

Feed the Brain, Not Just The Belly
Lions Health, the Festival and Awards that celebrate life-changing creativity in healthcare communications, and UNICEF, have announced the winner of the 2016 Young Lions Health Award. Eleanor Howe and Lina Benmansour of DigitasLBi, France, won with Unicef Brain Food. Their idea answered the brief innovatively, by using everyday objects to stimulate play, and providing creative ways for caregivers to interact with children.
